We respect your privacy. Any personal information collected through this website (such as name, phone number, email, or medical history forms) will be used solely for scheduling appointments, providing services, and client communication. Your information will never be sold or shared with third parties, except as required by law or for insurance reimbursement documentation.

2. Medical Disclaimer

Services offered at Gladka Glow & PMU Clinic include permanent makeup, paramedical tattooing, areola restoration, scar camouflage, and scalp micropigmentation (SMP). These procedures are cosmetic and non-surgical. They are not a substitute for medical treatment or professional healthcare advice. Clients should consult their physician for any medical concerns prior to undergoing a procedure.

3. Booking & Cancellation Policy

• A deposit is required to secure your appointment.

• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid losing the deposit.

• Late arrivals may result in shortened treatment time or rescheduling.

• No-shows will forfeit their deposit and may be subject to additional fees.

4. Insurance Policy

Certain procedures, such as areola restoration or scar camouflage, may be eligible for insurance reimbursement under specific circumstances. While we can provide supporting documentation (such as invoices, superbills, or CPT/ICD-10 codes), coverage is not guaranteed and depends on your insurance provider. Clients are responsible for submitting claims directly to their insurance company.

5. Liability Waiver

By booking a service, clients acknowledge and agree that results may vary depending on individual skin type, lifestyle, and healing process. Gladka Glow & PMU Clinic is not liable for undesired results, allergic reactions, or complications that may occur.

6. Accessibility Notice

At Gladka Glow & PMU Clinic, we are committed to making our services accessible to all clients.

Please note that our current studio location is not wheelchair accessible and may not accommodate certain mobility needs.

To ensure access, we offer video consultations and onsite appointments for select services within a reasonable travel radius of our clinic in Newport Beach/Orange County.
